Managing money can be difficult. Are you looking to be more financially responsible, or just to understand more about how to better manage your money? Join us to learn the basics.

This conference will feature two workshops with special guest facilitators. It will cover:

  • Budgeting
  • Banking
  • Credit

Join life skills facilitator Yvette Strong Banks in a workshop on how to be financially fit. It will include tips for shopping, scholarships, and so much more about how to live within your means.

Girls Inc. will teach a workshop on economic literacy to help prepare you for the world of work. You’ll examine your attitudes and values about money, learn about paycheck deductions, how to avoid predatory lenders, how to invest, and the pros and cons of renting versus buying.

Plus, there will be snacks and giveaways.
